In interpreting how governing tariff regulations should be applied, our familiarity with all carrier & reseller tariffs, will result in more favorable billing platforms being afforded to our clients, though not necessarily to other subscribers in that State.
We regularly appear before many of the State Public Service (Utility) Commissions, receiving favorable determinations once an impasse has been reached with many telecom service providers or resellers. Our success has caused Verizon, Broadview, Frontier and others to rewrite their tariffs in order to conform with these favorable Public Service Commission decisions.
Our clients have benefited from our representation on many key issues such as interest being afforded at 18% on all credit recoveries in NYS & Verizon being held responsible for providing Lowest Corresponding Pricing (LCP)! In addition, our firm represented 6% of all claims filed in a 1984 Federal class action lawsuit!

This Is How We Do It
